    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14-31 business days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

  4. Do you provide tracking?
    Yes! After your order is shipped, we send a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update. 

  5. Where do you ship from?
    We ship from multiple global partner warehouses to ensure fast fulfillment based on product availability and your location.

  6. What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order weight. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions.

  7. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  8. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

  9. Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, refunds are issued once returned products are inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  10. Are customs fees included?
    Customs duties or taxes (when applicable) are not included and may be charged by your country’s customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer.
